RE: Antiquities war/Dream Historic deck
Hey Marsh, I’m just about exactly as tall as you (met you at a GP once). I used to think getting light headed when standing up was common among tall people too. But I found out about a year ago that it may also be a sign of not getting enough salt in your diet. I experimented adding somewhere between a gram to a half gram of salt daily and I now I never get that light headed feeling unless I have the flu or something.
Hope you try that out because it’s very safe and easy, easy because you will notice a difference within 3 days if not the first day, and your body knows how to store extra salt so you won’t hurt yourself. Salt has a bad reputation because it’s bad for unhealthy people with high blood pressure, but healthy active people really need it, especially in the summer when we sweat a lot.
Hello, I’m your friendly neighborhood pendant, dropping by to remind you that German is not a Romance language! Though we might consider it romantic sometimes, the Romans didn’t.
